Panasonic NN-SE982S Microwave Oven

Panasonic NN-SE982S Microwave Oven is a full size table top microwave of 2.2 cubic feet capacity. This machine cooks your meal perfectly with steady heat supply. Also you don't need to worry about food spilling inside while cooking. Since I use this microwave I get much crispy crunchy nicely cook food. Here is why this machine is best.

The Panasonic NN-SE982S microwave oven is preferred choice when cooking comes into question. This has sophisticated design and uses inverter technology unlike your old microwave oven the Panasonic NN-SE982S allows for controlled cooking. This is why I abandon my old piece of oven since when I bought this one from Bestbuy.com online marketplace.

I bought this model because I need plenty of space for large dishes and plenty of power. I did my research both online marketplace and store selves. However, I was not able to chose from among more than a dozen models from GE, Kenmore, LG, Panasonic, Bajaj etc. More often I found common features like sensor cooking/reheating and buttons for the generally cooked items. However, in my priority list of features when buying microwave was Inverter technology because my taste buds are used to crispy and crunchy meal. I don't like overcooked pasta or something that matters.

By now you must be questioning yourself or may be thinking of to Google the term Inverter Technology. Let me tell you in brief what it is exactly.

Microwave ovens use a magnetron; this is the element responsible to cook food. In a simple microwave oven when you put food to cook and set for suppose "50% power" what it really do is, switch power on and off in regular intervals. Thus delivers full 100% power followed by time of no power. However, a microwave that uses inverter technology delivers consistent power to magnetron for the set value. When you set it for 50%, it delivers steady stream of 50% power. This results in more evenly cooked food. Another advantage of inverter technology in microwave is, since it delivers power in controlled way, you can use it to melt things like butter etc hence eliminates the need for stovetop in your kitchen.

I tested the Panasonic NN-SE982S microwave oven for different foods, like rice, pulses soup and vegetables. In each case I didn't found any spills inside. Food cooks perfectly. Just fill the tray with food, slide, press sensor cook and tell the microwave whatever you are cooking. The microwave will change the power and time based on the sensor readings. In my test sensor worked nicely whether it's reheating or cooking fresh food.
